Sendoso’s Online Training Spring Refresh

The Sendoso customer experience is something we’re constantly thinking about: all the different milestones, how to measure it, and how to improve it. Gathering feedback continuously at different milestones is important, but the action taken on that feedback is even more important.

Sendoso’s Customer Education team set out to understand how customers prefer to learn new software, as well as understand the current learning experience with the tools available to uncover ways to improve and make learning easier.

After analyzing hundreds of survey responses (thank you to everyone who participated!), we’re making some changes to our online training resources – Sendoso University & the Help Center. Upgrades include:

  • Redesigned homepages
  • Improved navigation
  • Structured learning flows
  • New interactive article elements
  • Updated branding
  • An overall better user experience!

Sendoso University offers interactive lessons and videos to teach users of all levels of expertise how to build and execute sending programs, delight customers, and track ROI in a self-paced e-learning environment.
