Scaling your Campaigns with More Efficiency

Today we are launching two big enhancements to make it simpler and more efficient for customers to run smart, successful gifting campaigns:

New Ways to Gift at Scale with Party Links

Party Links is the easiest way to execute a personalized 1:many gifting campaign. 

You can create one customized link or QR code (with a custom landing page) and share it with all event attendees or booth visitors, or you can add a link to your inbound/outbound email campaigns — your recipients will be able to click the link or scan the code, visit the landing page, select from the recipient choice options (if you’ve provided options) and redeem a gift. 

Historically, customers have needed to manually approve Party Link gift redemptions. Today, we’re automating that process! 

You can now add a list of pre-approved recipient email addresses. When recipients on your target list access the link, they’ll be auto-approved to receive the gift. 

In addition to setting a pre-approved list, you can now set a pre-approved quota of recipients. This means you’ll be able to set a maximum number of recipients, and then that number of recipients will be automatically approved as they fill out the gift redemption form. 

With beautiful custom landing pages and streamlined 1:many sending, Party Links is, in my opinion, one of the best possible gifting experiences for webinars, sales outbound, nurture campaigns, even customer newsletters. You can add a link to the post-booking screen on your meeting scheduler tool! There are tons of smart ways to apply this. 

New Feature: Send As

We are also launching an exciting (and exclusive to Sendoso) new functionality that will ensure gifts are always sent from the right person, regardless of who is setting up the campaign! 

This includes two big updates: 

  1. When sending a gift, once you’ve done the pre-requisite custom domain work to allow Sendoso to send emails from your domain, you now have the option to send gifting emails from your own email address rather than from the generic domain. 
  2. When sending a gift, you now have the option to “Send As” another user in your account and all emails to the recipient will come from their email address. The coworker you’re sending on behalf of will receive updates on the status of the send, and any responses, including thank you messages, from the recipient.

For years, we’ve had marketers running campaigns through Sendoso on behalf of their sales teams, and now we’ve made it even easier for teams looking to execute campaigns this way.
