Today, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for Sendoso: we have closed our Series C investment of $100 million, led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 with participation from existing investors including Oak HC/FT, Struck Capital, Stage 2 Capital, Craft Ventures, Signia Venture Partners, and Felicis Ventures. Our total funding is now over $152 million, and we are excited to share how we plan to use these investment funds.
What started as a simple idea to automate sending coffee e-gift cards has grown into a comprehensive customer engagement platform—complete with global logistics and warehousing, a vast vendor marketplace, a library of third-party integrations with data partners, and dedicated services and support. Despite this incredible growth, one thing remains unchanged—our founders’ knowledge of the power of personal engagement to build relationships. This idea remains at the very core of our business.
Over the past seven years, sales, marketing, and customer success teams across the globe, in companies of all sizes, have integrated our sending platform into their business practices with great success. The adoption and growth have been nothing short of astounding. Today, Sendoso has over 800 global customers and over 20k global users across all industries and sizes leveraging the platform to succeed in an array of use cases, including prospecting, demand generation, field marketing, account-based marketing, deal acceleration, and customer retention and advocacy.
$100 million, simply put, is a LOT of money. As stewards of this investment, all of us at Sendoso have a great responsibility. This funding allows us to commit even more deeply to ensure that our customers and partners thrive through:
