In 2020, we launched an Address confirmation feature that asks recipients to confirm their address before an item is sent so you can ensure it’s delivered to wherever they’re currently working. This became especially important after people began working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. No one wants to send a box of cookies to an empty office!

Address verification becomes even more important when you’re expanding your business markets beyond borders, and when your teams want to send gifts internationally. That’s why we revamped International Address Confirmation. If you already have a recipient’s address, simply input the country first and automatically load the appropriate address fields. If you do not have their mailing address, add their email address, and then the Sendoso platform will send an address confirmation form where the recipient can add their country and the appropriate fields.

This ensures that your gift will reach the correct destination—something that’s especially important if you’re sending a physical item. Whether your customer is in Seattle or Stockholm, you can send confidently.
